Preventative Maintenance Programs

Our experience provides you with programs designed to reduce operating expenses and real estate tax liabilities.  Maintenance is a planned function, not crisis management.  Scheduled maintenance is handled by maintenance contracts with landscaping, pool, trash, security, HVAC and lighting contractors.  When the unexpected occurs, we provide the owners with our own in-house service technicians to respond to emergency maintenance needs 24 hours a day.

Property management financial reports are produced from our AppFolio software, the choice of many investors today.  Additionally, we can customize our reports to meet the needs of each of our clients.  We have invested considerable resources in state-of-the-art technology to complement our management procedures.  Our reports give our clients real time access to help them evaluate the performance of their assets. 

Monthly financial reports are delivered between the 10th and 15th of every month for the preceding month and include the following:

  • Accounts Payable Detail Report

  • Delinquency/Aging Report

  • Budget to Actual Comparison, Monthly and Annually
