The Tiehen Group provides professional project management services specializing in value-add renovations for multi-family assets in the urban core of Kansas City. The Tiehen Group has successfully overseen several major renovation projects as the lead project manager. In 2016, The Tiehen Group oversaw the completion of a five-million-dollar renovation and lease up of an 83 unit high rise apartment community on the Country Club Plaza. The project was on time and on budget. After renovation was complete, The Tiehen Group partnered with LeasingKC to organize the marketing and leasing efforts, which took the property form zero percent occupancy to 100% occupancy in six months.

In late 2018 The Tiehen Group started overseeing a six and a half million-dollar renovation and lease up project on a 3 property, 128 unit loft portfolio in Kansas City’s River Market district, with LeasingKC as the marketing partner.
